Unlike recycled wood products, Blue Frog is produced exclusively from fresh virgin timber. The timber is first debarked to remove impurities before being precision planed into large flakes that provide excellent stability underfoot, superior moisture absorption, and minimal bedding waste. The flakes are then dried at high temperatures, naturally heat sterilising the bedding and eliminating fungi, spores, and bacteria without the use of chemicals.
