UAE ORDERS

Standard Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 4 working days.
  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) are usually delivered by the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are typically delivered within the next 3 working days.

🚚 Remote area deliveries are subject to confirmation from our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders above AED 150.
  • Orders below AED 150 will incur a shipping fee of AED 15.
  • Free shipping does not apply to remote areas, unless otherwise specified based on order value and location.

🛒 Feeds, pre-order items, and overweight/bulky items may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday to Saturday) may be eligible for same-day delivery, depending on delivery location and availability of our delivery partners.
  • Additional charges may apply for same-day delivery.

In certain situations, orders may be placed manually on our tack shop to facilitate faster dispatch. We always aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery Timeline

  • All international orders placed before 11:00 AM (UAE time) on a working day will be shipped within 3–7 working days.

📦 Shipping timelines depend on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier delivery timeframes.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be issued by our courier partner.
  • You will be able to track your shipment directly via the courier's tracking portal.
  • In cases where delivery is handled by our in-house delivery team, we provide:
    • Direct call support
    • Live tracking via Google Maps
