It is important to weigh the product before adding water and to divide the total daily feed into at least two or three meals. Always ensure that fresh drinking water is available at all times and do not exceed 600-g per 100-kg of bodyweight per day.

which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on
and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.

- Tights, bandages, cleaning materials, and disposables

- Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.

You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect. Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging, and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15. You should allow 3-9 working days for alzarrab.com to process your return and send out a replacement.
