If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags 🧵

  • Must be returned in original packaging 📦

🚫 Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Fly sprays, supplements, shampoos, soaps, oils 🌿

  • Horse feeds & pre-order items 🌾

  • Personal wear (socks, vests, briefs, tights, bandages) 🧦

  • Horse care tools & equipment 🛠️

  • Used, damaged, soiled, or customised products ⚠️

  • Free or promotional items 🎁

📸 Defective Items:

  • Return shipping covered for manufacturing defects 🚚

  • Provide order details & photos showing item in original condition 📸

💰 Replacement / Return Fee:

  • Within UAE: AED 30 per replacement / restocking 🔄

  • International: AED 60 per replacement / restocking ✈️💸

🌍 International Orders:

  • Return via your preferred courier, or we can assist ✈️

  • Refunds are primarily store credit 🛍️

  • In special cases, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, credit card reversal, or cash 💳

  • 🚫 Courier & transaction fees are non-refundable

  • Used, damaged, incomplete items are not eligible

  • Minor variations in color or appearance are not grounds for refund 🎨
