Return Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, as we aim to pick up and ship
all orders within 12-24 hours of receiving them. A full refund in the form of store credit or as otherwise
agreed can be provided based on the product(s) cancelled and shipping charges may be charged based on any items
added due to changes.

Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, alzarrab.com gives you 7 days from the delivery date in
which you may contact us to return or exchange your item. Any item that you wish to return must have its tags on
and be in the original condition and packaging in which it was sent to you.
To return an item that you have purchased online, you can either:

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:
- Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats
- Horse supplements, medicines, and internal and external medication
- Horse feeds and pre-order items
- Socks, stockings, vests, briefs, and any personal care clothing
- Tights, bandages, cleaning materials, and disposables
- Any Horse external and internal care equipment
- Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.
- Items that have been ordered with embroidery.
- Free items
- if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.
You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect.
Please provide your order details and photographic evidence of the item in the original condition, packaging,
and with its tags on. We will then arrange to collect the product and deliver a replacement for a fee of AED 15.
You should allow 3-9 working days for alzarrab.com to process your return and send out a replacement.
