Energy Boost gives horses extra energy to support their sports performance. The various B vitamins (B1-thiamine, B2-riboflavin, B3-nicotinamide, B6-pyridoxine and B12-cyanocobalamin) in this dietary supplement contribute to a more efficient energy metabolism. A lack of just one of these vitamins can disrupt a whole series of biochemical reactions needed to convert food into energy. Although healthy horses with a stable intestinal flora can in principle produce sufficient B vitamins themselves, we see that horses that experience stress (for example during transport to the competition) often experience negative effects on the intestinal flora. This results in reduced production of these B vitamins.

Intoxication with various poisonous plants can also lead to the breakdown of vitamin B1 (thiamine), a vitamin that promotes a good appetite. In addition to the necessary B vitamins, Global Medics Energy Boost also contains Siberian ginseng or also called Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus), a herb that contains, among other things, glycosidal saponins (ginsenosides), essential oils and phytosterols that contribute to the reduction of oxidative stress in a physical efforts.

Furthermore, this ingredient helps to strengthen natural resistance. It also contains various amino acids, such as glutamine, tyrosine, arginine, beta-alanine, etc. For example, supplementation with beta-alanine can increase the muscle carnosine content, which postpones (muscle) fatigue. Finally, this product also contains the electrolyte sodium chloride and glycerine (a high-energy raw material with a sweet taste).
